Reactive is Ivan Suslin aka ISR. Since 1995 Ivan has learned the ways of writing electronic music applying his efforts in different styles. In 2002 he revealed that the most of his musical ideas could be realized in Psychedelic Trance. Originally Ivan’s project has the names: Stuppivision, Mantr!d, Boosh Root, ect. Reactive – is the final name which came in spring 2004 and appeared to be the closest definition of the main project’s point (Reactive – in the sense of reacting). In Autumn 2004 Ivan met Sergey Shmygov - the founder and the leader of Skylevels project. They decided to combine their efforts in producing high-grade sound. 2005 was dedicated to working upon promo materials.This work was based on recital experience of the both members of the project. The results of mutual work were highly appreciated by music underground. The success gained ondance-floors wasn’t seemed to be enough. Ivan and Sergey began working on another ideas and sound quality. After a long period of artistic quest, in 2006 there was created the trek The Dune, coming out at Geomagnetic rec. album in USA and highly appreciated by foreign producers. Later on their treks were released by GEOMAGNETIC REC.,GOA. Digital Drugs coalition. In 2008 the new conception was born. Ivan and Sergey began working at completely different material being inspired by the art of Strugatskies’, Lem, Zatsepin, Zodiak and Kraftwerk. The main stress was laid on the spirit and harmonies of the Soviet fantasy of 60-80-ties. The work upon the new album has 3 years. In 2010 Sergey Shmygov left the project Reactive. In the beginning of 2011 Ivan completed the album independently. During this work new ideas, music and opportunities have been appeared.
