============================================================================================ Melissa Rosenberg is a singer/songwriter based in Chicago, Il. Mel got started in the music industry in 2013 when she was featured on Ordinary World, a Duran Duran cover by Mechina. Since then, Mel has been featured on several tracks for Mechina, released her first EP Hypnotized, as well as her first single Wasted On You. The singer/songwriter also plays guitar, piano, and ukelele. Inspiration for her songs comes from everyday life and the lessons she has learned along the way. The main music influence that really drives Mel to live out her dreams is Hayley Williams, lead singer of Paramore. Mel and her producer, Joe Tiberi of Mechina, record out of Apothica Studios in Batavia, Il.
