After causing a ruckus in the New England & Washington D.C. Industrial Club scene in 2007-2009, music creation started to slowly curve and develop into it's own direction. Originally located out of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Brandis Grier (Lithia's creator) made a dramatic move to a far away Maine town that would help change the way she felt about music from this point forward. After spending many late nights DJing at a local Goth/Industrial event in Portland, Maine known as Plague (maintained by Amy Black, Gothic Maine promoter extraordinaire.) one thing became perfectly clear. It was time to take things to another level. Spending countless late wintery nights working on genre breaking mixes and discovering experimental styles of blending sounds in a new way, Lithia emerged. There are no boundaries just endless emotion and rawness. You are welcome to label this any genre you want but it's about something much more deeper than that. Reflection. ♥ Thanks for listening.
