Ali Akgün was born in Istanbul in 1976. His family saw his interest in music and bought him a classical guitar as a gift. He received classical guitar training in Doğulu Müzik Evi till he was 10. At the time he bought an electric guitar as a result of Heavy Metal influence. In 1990 at the age of 14, he formed his Death Metal band named Andromeda. He was the vocalist and the guitar player of the band. They performed in several festivals and concerts with many important heavy metal bands. Later he took interest in other genres and left the band he formed and started to enjoy electronic music. Year 1995; Ali was introduced to Psychedelic Trance via the cassettes and CD’s sent by a friend abroad. He was impressed by them and he started working with his music using different instruments and an electronic basis influenced by his Heavy Metal background. Firstly he started checking out different old school Goa Trance albums that are released between 94’ and 98. In year 2000 Ali attended Akademi Istanbul and started studying Music and Sound Technology. In 2002 he bought his first computer and synthesizer, and started making his own electronic music. After he created Turkey’s first Psychedelic trance web portal; Psyturk.com in order to bring people together and to promote his music.Psyturk became the pioneer of Psytrance culture in Turkey. In 2003, he took his first live performance and continued to perform in many organizations with many artists. In 2006 he closed Psyturk.com never to be opened again. In 2007, his two songs were published in two different compilations. Molecular Restrictive in Pyramidal Transcendence. Perception in Human Hyperactivation. After two compilations he released his first album Inner Cyclone. Inner Cyclone was very well received by the psychedelic trance community.Year 2008: he gave his ambient track Frozen sleep to be included in Opus Iridium compilation by Suntrip Records. Year 2010 Ali gave another ambient track called The Awakening for Suntrip Records VA Energy Waves.Mindsphere is working on his second album.Mind out your sphere ! Ссылка на эту страницу. .
